American Pacific Health Foundation (APHF) partnered with the Preuss School UC San Diego for a clinical outreach for the underserved population in the community. During this event, APHF volunteers provided a variety of essential health screenings, including hypertension checks, diabetes and cholesterol testing, Hepatitis B screenings, and vision assessments. These services were designed to help identify risk factors early and connect participants with follow-up care as needed.

APHF participated in an outreach hosted by JIREH (Joint Initiative for Equity in Health) in their mission to provide flood relief and community resources. APHF provided free health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, Hepatitis B, as well as health education! APHF would like to greatly thank JIREH Providers for allowing APHF to host a clinical outreach with such a great participant turnout!

In the early morning of Saturday, APHF hosted a clinical outreach in the building of Ascension Lutheran Church. APHF provided free screenings of diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, and fibrosis for great number of patients. This was a special clinical outreach as APHF featured our newly acquired Fibroscan to provide free fibrosis screening for patients.
