APHF participated in an outreach hosted by JIREH (Joint Initiative for Equity in Health) in their mission to provide flood relief and community resources. APHF provided free health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, Hepatitis B, as well as health education!
APHF would like to greatly thank JIREH Providers for allowing APHF to host a clinical outreach with such a great participant turnout!
