A Letter from Our Directors...

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Silent chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, and hepatitis are the cause of great suffering for millions in America and across the world.

The good news is that, with early detection and treatment, these diseases can be managed with minimal drawbacks on quality of life.

Prevention of these needless sufferings is the mission of American Pacific Health Foundation (APHF). We provide health education, screening, and linkage to care for underserved populations in San Diego, and in 16 years of service to the community, have screened and connected over 4800 individuals to needed care. As a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, our achievements have only been possible thanks to the financial support from our community.

Every $50 in donations means one more person receives screening for hepatitis, diabetes, hypertension, and osteoporosis.

Additionally, we have sponsorship packages for individuals, companies, and organizations to donate to our cause.

Any level of sponsorship would be greatly appreciated and put toward great use for our events.

Please consider helping APHF to continue providing free screening and health education to San Diego residents, especially to the most vulnerable populations. We hope to hear from you soon!
