09.08.24 San Diego Liver Walk & Picnic

On a sunny Sunday morning, APHF staff and members attended the San Diego Liver Walk and Picnic. APHF raised funds to support APHF operations and screening supplies in order to continue to provide underserved populations across San Diego county with access to free health screenings and education.
