04.20.24-04.21.24 Khmer New Year Festival Outreach

The American Pacific Health Foundation was invited by the Khmer American Mutual Association of San Diego (KAMMSD) to participate in the annual Khmer New Year Festival at Colina Del Sol Park, which KAMMSD hosted for the entire weekend. At this event, APHF staff and volunteers provided health screenings for hepatitis B, diabetes, cholesterol, vision, and hypertension, as well as free medical education to all attendees and vendors. This year, the Khmer New Year Festival was attended by various other vendors and cultural performers from around San Diego to celebrate the Khmer New Year.

APHF would like to thank KAMMSD for hosting such a lively and engaging festival and allowing our organization to partake in the festivities!
