10.11.25 Vive Tu Vida Outreach

The American Pacific Health Foundation (APHF) participated in the ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving! event, hosted by Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD), to provide free health screenings to the community.

This lively event welcomed hundreds of attendees and featured booths offering health resources, activities, and entertainment for all ages.

APHF volunteers provided screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol, helping community members take proactive steps toward better health. The festival atmosphere, with music, games, and food, made for a fun and engaging experience for everyone.
