08.22.26 Back to School Health Outreach

On August 22nd, 2026, the American Pacific Health Foundation (APHF) partnered with the Ascension Lutheran Church to host a "Back to School" clinical outreach. We provided free screenings for hypertension, vision, diabetes & cholesterol, hepatitis B/C, as well as pre/post assessment and counseling.

We're deeply grateful to the Ascension Lutheran Church for generously opening their space for this early-morning event, and to our staff and volunteers whose time made these free screenings possible!
