09.24.23 ACCESS Community Market Outreach

APHF hosted a clinical outreach, joining the Community Market hosted by ACCESS. We welcomed two new pharmacists preceptors who were able to assist our clinical outreach in providing a great consultation for the patients. We were also joined by External Medical Interpreters, who provided a great help for Spanish-speaking patients to receive accurate clinical service.

The outreach had a very high patient turnout and we appreciate APHF and ACCESS staffs' efforts in advertising the outreach utilizing both online and offline platforms. We once again greatly appreciate ACCESS for having us for the Community Market and we are very excited to come back again!
