08.09.25 Bridge of Hope Outreach

American Pacific Health Foundation partnered with Bridge of Hope SD for a community clinical outreach to provide free health screenings and education.

The outreach offered registration, hypertension, diabetes/cholesterol, Hepatitis B, vision, and pre-/post-assessment screenings to promote early detection and preventative care.

We thank Bridge of Hope for the opportunity to support this meaningful event and deeply appreciate our volunteers for helping make the outreach a huge success!
