02.21.26 VAYA New Years Festival

Asian Pacific Health Foundation (APHF) participated in the VAYA New Year’s Festival and provided free screenings for hypertension and blood glucose. A total of 7 individuals were screened.

This effort was made possible by a dedicated team, including phlebotomist Tu La and preceptors Dr. Betty Nguyen, Dr. Khanh Vu, and Dr. Tri Luu. APHF staff members Dina, Sid, Carolyn, and Lana also supported the event, ensuring smooth operations and quality care.

We were joined by the Sweet Relief student organization from Canyon Crest Academy, whose participation helped strengthen outreach and community engagement during the festival.

APHF is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community at cultural events like the VAYA New Year’s Festival and remains committed to promoting health awareness and preventative care.
