02.20.26 Toby Wells YMCA Hypertension Screening on National Caregivers Day

Program Coordinators Jake Tran and Jason Kim were accompanied by Core Volunteers to conduct hypertension screenings at the Toby Wells YMCA's National Caregivers Day event. APHF was presented with a certificate of recognition by the County of San Diego, Joel Anderson. We would like to extend a special thank you to the team at Toby Wells for welcoming us to their event!
