05.10.25 Vietnamese Senior Club Outreach

On Saturday, May 10th, the American Pacific Health Foundation (APHF) partnered with the Vietnamese Senior Club at the Wesley Community Center for a meaningful clinical outreach event.

Throughout the day, APHF volunteers provided a range of essential health screenings, including hypertension checks, diabetes and cholesterol testing, Hepatitis B and C screenings, vision assessments, and pre- and post-assessments. These services were aimed at promoting early detection and connecting participants with appropriate follow-up care.

We sincerely thank all the volunteers who contributed their time and energy to make this outreach a success. We are also deeply grateful to the Vietnamese Senior Club for their partnership and for welcoming us into their community.
