The first outreach on latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) and tuberculosis (TB) was hosted at Bayside Center in Linda Vista on January 26, 2022, after the customary Senior Lunch on Wednesdays. APHF came along and performed a survey on tuberculosis with the participants.
Present at the outreach: Andre Hirakawa, Dr. Binh Tran, and Kim Heinle, Executive Director at Bayside Center. Kim was very helpful as a Spanish interpreter when asking survey questions to Spanish-speaking participants at the outreach!
